Pharmaceutical companies face many challenges these days. Carola Sommer, who studied education and psychology, is a Learning Manager at Körber Business Area Pharma and adds, "Our digital training courses for inspection machines, for example, are all divided into short modules and are 'hands-on'. There are no hours of lecture. Everything is interactive and the learners have to solve specialist tasks themselves. "This is the only way to ensure that what is learned is also remembered.

The course units are completed with a certificate, which is awarded when a minimum number of points have been achieved.

Very convenient: once a training course is completed on the learning platform, they continue to get access for a refresher, whenever needed on site.

When it comes to the e-learning courses, the content is crafted by Learning Managers, who work closely with the Service Technicians and Software Consultants with decades of practical experience. They are the ones who travel to customers and explain the machines and software environments "from the ground up", as Julian Busse puts it. They are the technical experts who know all the challenges and, above all, the customer's needs.
