All three standard machines inspect up to 600 containers/minute, in addition to vials, ampules and cartridges with liquid contents, also vials with lyo product. Depending on the inspection requirements, we can integrate any inspection technology of our Seidenader Solutions as well as add a machine module for leak testing.
The machines differ in the dimensions of the footprint and thus offer space for inspection carousels of different sizes and correspondingly more or fewer inspection stations.

Our Switch 75 comes standard with an integrated de-/renester system, but can also be integrated into your production line via turn table or directly inline. Two inspection carousels allow the inspection of vials and syringes on one machine.
With up to 12 camera stations, you can check all important defect criteria for liquid as well as freeze-dried products - from particles in the product to numerous cosmetic defects to the tightness of vials filled with lyo product.
Inspecting vials in the morning, and syringes in the afternoon? Our Switch 75 masters both. Inspect as you wish - we configure the machine to perfectly suit your production requirements.
With our Switch 350, you benefit from the advantages of two machine concepts: We have combined the modularity, handling options and technologies of our well proven standard platforms with the flexibility of our small batch inspection machine to run syringes and vials on one and the same machine – with nesting system for syringes and vials alike.
For example, you fill syringes and have them inspected for particles, cosmetic defects, and leaks, and for pierced needle shields? Since the syringes are nested, you also need a de/renesting system for the inspection machine.
Another one of your products is filled into vials on the same filling line and is, of course, also inspected for particles, cosmetic defects and leaks.
This used to require two high-performance inspection machines, one for syringes and one for vials.
