Werum PAS-X KPI: More transparency for greater efficiency

With Werum PAS-X KPI, you always have an overview of the important data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your production process. This allows you to take more effective measures to boost the efficiency of your production and packaging lines.

Every standstill in your production or packaging lines raises questions – requiring quick and reliable answers. Werum PAS-X KPI from Körber provides important data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - and visualizes them in a clearly structured graphical user interface. This way, you always have an overview of your production process. You can immediately identify disruptions and quickly initiate countermeasures to boost the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of your production or packaging line.

Werum PAS-X KPI collects the operating data of various production and packaging lines via a single user interface. You can view this data in real time or retrieve the data history of individual machines. Depending on the user, the system creates different graphic representations of your key operating figures. As a result, your plant director can visualize and examine the "big picture" on screen, and your supervisor can promptly see backlogs on production lines and initiate countermeasures. Using their mobile devices, operators can, at any time, detect deviations from the target values and locate technical errors at individual machines.

Since Werum PAS-X KPI is browser-based, you can access this application from anywhere and install the solution in line with your requirements – either in an enterprise cloud or locally on site. You can even test PAS-X KPI for a limited period in your own production environment.

On the user interface, you can keep track of all your key figures.
