After receiving his diploma in computer science at the University of Karlsruhe, Jörg Erdmann started his professional life in 1994 as a software engineer.
In 1996 he moved to Propack Data GmbH, Karlsruhe, and since then he has been active in the life science industry. With the acquisition of Propack Data by Rockwell Automation, he acquired various positions in projects throughout Europe. He spent several years as Business Manager of Life Sciences, responsible for the strategy and commercial results of the Life Science segment for the Rockwell Automation MES and Automation portfolio.
Jörg Erdmann initially managed international customers’ projects in the Consulting division. From October 2019, he has been responsible for the Manufacturing Consulting area.
Jörg Erdmann has been the CEO of the Consulting division of the Körber Business Area Pharma since March 2020.
After studying mechanical engineering and completing his postgraduate studies as an industrial engineer, Rainer Hofmann started his career at Propack Data in Karlsruhe in 1995.
His first phase as a project engineer was followed by managing several MES projects for well-known national and international pharmaceutical clients, as well as carrying out duties and responsibilities in product management. Starting in 1999, he was the team leader in the Project Services division.
In 2002, Rainer Hofmann joined T-Systems International GmbH as a Senior Consultant for supply chain management. His tasks were topic responsibility and development as well as, team leader in automotive retail. His last job at T-Systems was accompanying the planned implementation of SAP R/3 in close cooperation with SAP AG.
Rainer Hofmann has been responsible for the MES Services division of the Körber Business Area Pharma since April 2007.
Stefan Münch completed his degree in computer science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 1991. After working for several years in the automation and robotics area, he was employed in 1997 completing various roles which lead to increased responsibility at Propack Data GmbH where he served customers in the Life Science industry. After Propack Data’s acquisition by Rockwell Automation, he was appointed as the Campus Quality Manager for software product development with responsibility for the quality and testing of a Manufacturing Execution System.
In his first two years at the Consulting division of the Körber Business Area Pharma, he worked as Head of QA / Validation for Körber’s Track & Trace business.
Furthermore he is an active author, speaker, and trainer for various topics like software development, validation, and data integrity. Currently Stefan Münch is a member of the ISPE, and a member of the GAMP D-A-CH steering committee.
Stefan Münch has been the head of Validation & QM since the beginning of 2020.
After finishing his B.Sc. in Informatics at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and his M.Sc. in Business Information Technology at the HTWG Konstanz — University of Applied Sciences, Philipp Kläsle started his career in 2011 as a consultant in the Consulting division. In this role, he supported MES projects for our Swiss customers.
From 2013 he was the head of the team in Bad Säckingen and in 2015 he became the first employee at the Consulting division’s Swiss location. In addition to supporting various customers as a consultant and project manager, he is the point of contact for several key accounts. He has been the head of the Swiss subsidiary as an authorized signatory since 2016.
Philipp Kläsle in the head of the Swiss location in the Consulting division of the Körber Business Area Pharma and is responsible for its business in Switzerland.
After studying Information Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Michael Völlinger worked for the Consulting division in various positions for more than six years. He was subsequently responsible for global serialization for Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the USA at Grünenthal GmbH for about three years. He is a certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA® Level B) and is also familiar with logistics topics.
Michael Völlinger is head of the department Projects and Consulting of the Körber Business Area Pharma including strategic areas like MES, Track&Trace and Augmented Reality.
After receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Marty started his engineering career as an applications engineer specializing in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical design. In 1999, he joined Klockner-Medipak Inc, in Clearwater, FL as a packaging machinery project engineer. When Körber purchased the Klockner-Medipak companies, the Clearwater office was reorganized into the North American Sales and Service Hub for all Körber Pharma machinery OEMs, and Marty fulfilled a variety of roles over a twenty year period (Project Engineer, Project Manager, Validation Engineer, Technical Sales Director, and Technical Director for North American Operations.
In 2019, Marty founded a pharma engineering consulting firm which specialized in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging support and supported clients in the pharma and biopharmaceutical industries. Consulting projects included packaging sustainability evaluations, capital equipment project support, turnkey line integrations, and CQV support.
Marty returned to Körber Pharma in April of 2023, to the North American Consulting Team.
After completing her studies in Business Administration at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences Sabine Hobich worked in the role of commercial director in various industries and different company sizes since 2002.
As Human Resources topics have always been her passion, Sabine Hobich is focussing her skills in the area of coaching and developing managers and employees. Living and implementing diversity day by day is one of her key drivers.
Sabine Hobich has been HR Business Partner for the Consulting division of the Körber Business Area Pharma in Germany and Switzerland since 2021.
