Business assessment

System architecture
For the implementation of Werum PAS-X MES, we design a state-of-the-art IT solution. In doing so, we take your existing IT environment into account and ensure the smooth integration of PAS-X. Services designed around the system architecture include IT blueprints, system integration and equipment integration.
Business process description
We advise you on the specific description of your business processes, which promotes the standardization, harmonization and optimization of your processes. Industry-specific best practice templates serve as a basis for this. You can also benefit from our support in compiling the requirements for the PAS-X MES to be implemented.
Fit verification
Together with our consultants, you create a description of your current business processes - these can be modified if necessary. This current state is compared with the future PAS-X and the relevant best-practice templates. Subsequently, the future business processes are described with PAS-X and form the basis for the Functional Specification and customer-specific MBR templates.
Migration concept
We also support you in creating a migration concept for the implementation of our Werum PAS-X MES. The migration concept describes in detail how a production site is to be converted from paper to PAS-X or how an existing MES is to be upgraded to Werum PAS-X MES.
Deployment
We create and configure a PAS-X customer template for you in a test and qualification environment. The template is then qualified (FAT), delivered to you, installed and verified again (SAT). The PAS-X master data is then already parameterized and the final MBRs can be created based on the MBR templates from the Fit phase.
Validation
Our Werum PAS-X MES is a tried and tested software product that closely follows the interpretation of a risk-based approach according to the GAMP 5 specification, thus minimizing the validation effort within a project.

We save you time and effort during the cut-over and go live of Werum PAS-X MES and thereafter during the hyper-care phase. We offer support for every project area, e.g. IT support, troubleshooting, and operator support.
