Körber’s DE.SY.RE 1000 enables pharmaceutical inspection of 1000 containers per minute

The development of Körber’s new inspection machine combines proven technologies to ensure high precision, reliability, and top quality with an innovative handling con-cept, highspeed cameras, and state-of-the-art image processing systems.

Syringes or cartridges are loaded into the DE.SY.RE 1000 in nests and are smoothly fed into the inspection process without shocks and glass-to-glass contact, minimizing bubble formation and thus reducing the false reject rate. The trusted vacuum handling system minimizes friction on the containers within the machine, reducing the risk of container damage and glass breakage, thereby preventing downtime.
