Körber expands GMP-compliant consulting services in North-America

Körber is expanding its consulting services for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology industries in North America. Körber’s integrated solutions across the entire pharmaceutical value chain and unique combination of software and hardware will be expanded to include industry-leading consulting services such as project management through commissioning and lifecycle management, specializing in Visual Inspection and Packaging Technologies.

The experienced consultants with many years of industry knowledge analyze the customers’ individual requirements and identify potential for optimization across all steps in the process. The consultants provide support during project-implementation, through the lifecycle of the system. This might well include machine and equipment qualification as part of an installation or retrofit. Starting now, Körber is offering this new consulting service for its inspection systems as well as for all common inspection machines in the pharmaceutical market. The offer will be extended to primary and secondary packaging systems soon. In the case of Körber inspection machines, consulting will be carried out in close cooperation with the Business Area's inspection specialists. Another focus is validation consulting (computerized systems validation (CSV) or processes), which plays an important role for regulated companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology industries. Taking into account the latest guidelines and regulatory standards at national and international level, validation processes are defined with the aim of minimizing business risks, stable manufacturing processes, and consequently product safety.
